Our Art Wall

When I saw this art wall over at Childhood 101,
I knew I wanted to create something similar for The Littles.

It's been a little while in the making, as I've mentioned here and here.  Our's is nowhere near as fancy or stylish as the inspiration, but just as effective, I think.  We added the final touches on the weekend.

Little Red drew this one at the beginning of the year.  An unprovoked family portrait.

Before he coud draw much else, The Little Viking would spend ages drawing these circles.  This one was from the beginning of the year.

The map of NZ is an art creation from Aunty Ness.  Its a very special addition from an off cut of Aunty Ness' carpet in the Pokeneezy,  Isn't it awesome!
Thats our family and friends, just above the centre of the picture - Hi!!!

 The frames are from Ikea

Our family, by Little Viking, in Essendon colours.

I love how the outside reflects in these frames.  As well as through the window, nature is splashed on the wall.  This will someday (hopefully) be nicely landscaped.

The art wall is in The Littles playroom.  The rest of the room looks pretty much like this...

Little Red thinks the art wall looks like the shape of a cow, and when we added NZ she said it was its tail.  What do you think it looks like?
