TEN ON TEN OCTOBER

This week would not go down as one of the greatest of the year.  Everyone's been a little bit testy.

Thanks to a big weekend, daylight savings, back to routine, birthday excitement, and day sleeps that have meant late night sleeps, there have been a fair few whinges, tears, arguments, fights and general feralness. I'm looking forward to a slower weekend, hopefully spent in the garden.

This is how the tenth panned out for us.
:: A late start (It's not been dissimilar all week, if I'm honest)
:: A freshly made bed
:: Plum tree blooms from last month will be fruiting by Christmas
:: A Lily that dropped it's petals overnight
:: Newly planted strawberries, watered with fresh rain
:: Cleaning is made so much easier by some banging tracks
:: Beautiful birthday gifts, from beautiful people
:: This.  Again.
::  Dinner
:: A roaring fire needed, following a day that was in the high twenties.  This can only mean one thing.  There will be more illnesses.

Joining Rebekah for Ten on Ten this month.

  2. You have a great eye for shape. There's a "graphic" style to your compositions that I'm drawn to. Nicely seen.
